Hi Rosee

I love what you have put on the blog thankyou so much for doing this so we can all share it.

I haven't a clue how to add on so I'm sending you a couple of pictures to add on for me.

They were taken 15 Dec 2001 and I just love this photo of Clare in her evening dress. The story behind the evening dress is that Clare, Anne and myself had gone for afternoon tea at the China Tea House. We'd had a construtive day buying xmas presents for everyone nothing for ourselves..... Our treat was afternoon tea and a couple of glasses of wine or champagne. Can't remember, but it was one of those wonderful girly afternoons.

I was hosting a Xmas bash on the 15th as my brother Matt was getting married. I wasn't able to attend so decided to hold Xmas come wedding bash here. Dressing up and celebrating, I was the one looking for an evening dress. On the same level as the Tea house is this really lovely expensive evening wear shop. Of course we just had to go in slightly merry ....we had so much fun trying on all the dresses and when Clare put that one on she looked stunning! Anne and I were egging her on to buy the dress. We weren't going to let her leave the shop without buying it!

I've also found the photos of when we went to Macau to buy furniture and her table and screen. Going to give them to Tania to scan for me.

Hope you see you on line soon

Take care

hugs

Karen

Hi Rosee

I promised you some photos of Clare's college days in Carlisle.

These were all taken between 1992-1994. Lots of fun times were had by all. Note Clare in one of her favourite rock clubs at the time "The Pagoda". Julie says this is where Clare converted her into a rock chick!

Also Clare outside Cumbria College of Art & Design with her beloved Beetle "Dylan". Clare befriended me during the first week, and we remained in touch ever since.

I will miss her immensely. I'm just honoured to have known her and I will never forget her.

Rosee,

We took these pictures when Clare was over her last July. Thought you might like them for the blog.

The one of all three of us was taken in the Turkish restaurant, Bache in Mui Wo, and the other of Clare and I taken at Goodview seafood in Tai O.

Hope it all goes well tomorrow and please pass on our regards to all and our condolences to Ann & Syd. Jim arrives back from Algiers this evening at last.

Take care of yourself

Jacqueline & Jim
